She'll help you identify whether there's a fit and which engagement makes the most sense for where you are. If there isn't a fit, she'll tell you that too.

A clear next step before you hang up.
You won't leave the call wondering what happens next. Whether that's a proposal, a sprint kickoff, or a referral to someone better suited — you'll know.
One thing to think about before the call
"What is the single biggest people or HR challenge your business is facing right now — and how long have you been sitting with it?"
You don't need a formal answer. Just something honest. The more specific you are, the more useful the 30 minutes will be.
